Daniel spent 25 years in facilities and asset management before going independent, most of it responsible for what buildings cost their owners to operate over the long term. He now takes a limited number of assessments and inspections directly.

I started as a mechanical engineer and spent most of my career on the owner's side, running asset management for large portfolios. The work was mostly answering one question: what condition is this building in, and what should be done about it.
I now work independently with portfolio owners who want their reserve fund studies to be an active tool driving strategic capital investment decisions. Clients deal with me directly, from the first call through to the report.
